Customers are allowed to apply for a refund within 7 days after receiving their product, but the product must still be in the same condition as it was when received. unworn, tags still on the clothes and undamaged otherwise there won’t be a refund. The item must be shipped within 7 days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to the fact that you didn’t pick it up on time or for any other reason there will be a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund money.

We don’t issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Pre-orders can’t be cancelled because the item you purchased is being produced just for you.
